jordi fita mas 7d7eed43a1 Add static content for home and legal pages 
This is based on the “web content” of Numerus’ version 01807de5ca. The
content is the same, but the style is done in a different fashion.

Unfortunately, i could not do the mondrian thing without extra markup.
